Do you ship worldwide?

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the item. Most orders arrive within 7–16 business days. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or for customs clearance.
Can I return or exchange an item?

Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. If you haven’t received it after a few days, please contact us at info@luxisier.com.
Where do your products ship from?
Our items are shipped directly from our international ateliers and partner studios, depending on the product. Each piece is carefully packaged and handled with attention.
Do you offer gift options?
At this time, we do not offer formal gift wrapping, but every order is packaged with care. If you're sending a gift, you can leave a note at checkout and we’ll make it as special as possible.
I made a mistake in my order. What can I do?
